Key Outcomes & Results

Improved navigation and information hierarchy, making it easier for users to quickly find and understand Grame’s programs.
Enhanced accessibility and clarity across the site, ensuring content is easier to read, navigate, and engage with for a wider audience.
Understanding the Problem
Grame’s existing website presented a wide range of programs and initiatives, but the information was difficult to navigate and lacked clear structure. Users struggled to quickly understand what GRAME does and how to engage with their work.
My Design Process
Organized the Content Into a Clearer Structure
Restructured information and navigation to create intuitive pathways for users to explore initiatives and find what they needed quickly.
Sketched Wireframes to Plan Layouts and Flows
Developed low-fidelity wireframes to explore hierarchy, layout, and user flow before moving into detailed design.
Refined the Design Through Iteration
Incorporated feedback and usability insights to enhance consistency, engagement, and overall user experience.

Redesigned the Donation Page to Make Giving Easier
Introduced a simple, guided donation flow that breaks giving into clear steps, improved messaging, and highlighted calls-to-action to help users understand their impact and complete donations with confidence.

Key Learnings

Working on the Grame site taught me how powerful a clear, simple design can be for helping people engage with important initiatives. I learned how to organize information so users can easily explore programs, how to make layouts accessible and easy to read, and how small design choices like color and hierarchy can make a big difference. Most importantly, I saw how thoughtful design can balance user needs with the organization’s goals, making the site both useful and engaging.
